it’s a most beautiful day at Gallaudet University in D.C – congrats to all there!
online – live- with quality captioning –
and – CCAC says that all schools can do this – for all graduation audiences – on-site with captioning! if there are more than seven people there, one will need it and love captioning.

onto good new beginnings – let’s graduate to full inclusion for all soon!

§ One Response to Live and Online – Captioning in the Sunshine at GU Graduation

  • Now that we’ve read the brochure from the Royal National Institute for the Deaf, we see that captions may be available in the UK only when privately funded. At Captions for Literacy, the recommendation is that TV captions, which are available in the US 20 out of 24 hours a day by federal mandate, be used for children learning to read as well as for the deaf. See our earlier post, or go to http://www.captionsforliteracy.org.
