Last year Apple asked WGBH Media Access Center to put

together a guide for how colleges and universities can make their iTunes U
courses accessible to students with disabilities. Apple has no control over
the content that’s uploaded, yet they encouraged educational
institutions to make content accessible. The guide, including
substantive information on how to caption for iTunes U, can be found here:
